This Privacy Policy explains how Gramzo ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

When you create an account, we collect information you provide directly to us, such as your username, email address, and password. We also use Firebase for backend services, which may collect basic app usage data to ensure the app functions correctly securely.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of Gramzo, as well as to communicate directly with you.

3. Security

All data transmitted between your device and our servers (via Firebase) is encrypted in transit. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

4. Account and Data Deletion (Your Rights)

If you wish to permanently delete your Gramzo account and all associated personal data, you have the right to do so at any time. To request data deletion, please follow these steps:

Send an email to support@gramzo.in.
You must include the exact user ID you used to register your Gramzo account.
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
In the body of the email, state your Gramzo user ID and explicitly ask for your account and data to be deleted.

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and permanently delete your account, credentials, and associated data from our active databases within 14 days.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
